Fulfillment status Update | 29/01

Hello everyone,
We are back with an update on fulfilment in various countries and for the various waves:
Wave 1 (Add-ons):
- ASIA: Fulfilment is proceeding according to schedule, and the central hub is also sending products to secondary hubs in Asia;
- US: Shipments are already on their way to backers. We have requested confirmation of actual delivery from our partner and are awaiting a definitive response, but we understand that all packages are on their way to backers;
- CAN: Fulfillment completed.
Wave 2 (Legendary box with The Far Companies inside):
- US: Already in fulfilment together with wave 1;
- CAN: Our shipment reached the warehouse a few days ago, and deliveries should all be made by the end of next week.
- ASIA: Fulfilment in progress;
- EU: Shipments began on 27 January. It should take about ten days to complete the wave.
WAVE 3 (add-ons with The Far Companies but no Legendary Box):
- US, CAN & ASIA: In progress;
- EU: Products already shipped, the wave should now be complete.
AUSTRALIAN backers should refer to ASIA fulfillment waves.
We are trying to obtain as much information as possible about this final shipping phase so that we can answer your legitimate questions.
However, please note that our email customer service department is currently inundated with requests. We therefore kindly ask that you refer to the FAQs, responses to comments, and updates previously sent before forwarding requests by email to customer support.
We will be back next week with the latest updates on shipments and fulfilment status.
Many of you have already received your Legendary Box and the items you requested... just a little more, we're almost there!

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year!
🙏🏻 Please, excuse our absence, but we were away from the office for the Christmas and New Year holidays, hence our (temporary) absence from the platform.
I'm back to give you some more news on the status of the project's fulfilment:
WAVE 1 - ADD-ONS SHIPMENT (US, CA, ASIA)
All our parcels have been collected by couriers and shipped to the relevant fulfilment centres.
The CANADA shipment, in particular, should already have arrived and should be in the process of delivery and completion.
US Shipment was received by Fulfillment on 30/12 so it should be on its way to you all.
WAVE 2 - LEGENDARY BOX + FAR COMPANIES (US, CA, ASIA, EU)
Our goods have already been picked up by couriers and are on their way to fulfilment centres. Specifically:
ETA to Fulfilment for CANADA: 13/01/2026
ETA to Fulfilment for US: 26/12/2025
ETA to Fulfilment for EU: 26/01/2026
ASIA: Delivered to VFI Asia on 19/12/2025
This wave contains all Legendary Boxes with Far Companies inside.
WAVE 3 - ADD-ONS SHIPMENT WITH UNPAIRED FAR COMPANIES (without Legendary Boxes)
US: ETA to fulfilment 14/02/2026
CAN: ETA to fulfilment 10/02/2026
ASIA: ETA to fulfilment 09/03/2026
EU: ETA to fulfilment 12/01/2026.
For our part, we have done everything possible to complete the work on time, preparing all packages in advance and shipping them in good time to fulfilment centres.
Unfortunately, due to disruptions at the end of the year/beginning of the new year, some shipments may be delayed, but this is something for which we apologise and which is beyond our control.
Furthermore, given our absence during the holidays, we are temporarily overwhelmed with messages of support both via email and here on Kickstarter.
Given the overwhelming amount of messages, emails, and comments, we kindly ask for your patience and to allow us the time to respond to all of you.

Some news for our Canadian Backers (+ some good news on the Legendary Box)

Hello Canadian Backers!
I have read all your messages regarding add-on shipments and thought I would leave you some information about it here.
Our partner CrowD has already received all the packages containing the add-ons for Canadian backers at its Hub.
It has already started the shipment wave and should complete it in a relatively short time.
An addition (for everyone) regarding the Legendary Boxes.
Together with our partner VFI Asia, we have completed the procedures for shipping the Legendary Boxes, which are now on their way to the various fulfilment centres for all countries served during the campaign.
The only waves that have not yet departed are those for China and Hong Kong, but as they are already in the territory, they should not be significantly delayed. We are completing the procedures as quickly as possible to start fulfilment in these two countries as well.
We will be back next week with more news about all add-on shipments (with and without far companies) and other news about the Legendary Box.

Update on the shipping of add-ons, Legendary Box and The Far Companies + The Leeghwater Project is out now!

Hello everyone,
We wanted to let you know that all shipments have finally been organized.
United States & Canada
As for add-on shipments to the United States and Canada, the ship is scheduled to arrive at the port of New Orleans on December 21. We do not yet have a delivery date, as it will be determined upon unloading the ship. We will update you on this as soon as we have more definite news.
The fulfillment of Legendary Box shipments will be handled by our partner CrowD.
Asia & Oceania
The fulfillment center for Asia has already received the shipping list from us, and VFI Asia has informed us that they received our shipment two days ago. VFI Asia will also handle Australia and Oceania, but delivery times will be slightly longer than in Asia due to transportation.
Europe & Italy
Legendary Box shipments for Europe (and Italy) are currently being loaded onto ships, and we will update you as soon as possible.
ADD-ONS orders with The Far Companies (and unpaired The Far Companies).
Our warehouse is already starting to assemble packages for the wave of shipments of add-on orders that include The Far Companies not paired with a Legendary Box.
The warehouse is currently prioritizing shipments to the US, but we expect to be able to ship everything to all fulfillment centers by December.
The Leeghwater Project finally arrives on Barrage Digital.
The Leeghwater Project finally arrives on Steam and everyone of you who bought the
Digital Deluxe Edition of Barrage Digital should've received a steam key for reedeming the dlc for free.

On Add-ons Shipment and Legendary Box Production

Here we are after our Essen SPIEL'25 experience!
It was great to meet so many of you at our booth, and it was even better to see you appreciate and get your hands on the Legendary Box we brought with us!
So, without any further ado, let's talk about The Legendary Box 😎
Status of The Legendary Box
The printing phase of the Legendary Box is finally complete, and the assembly phase should be finished within the next two weeks.
In the meantime, we haven't been sitting around idly; we've started the procedures to begin shipping the Legendary Boxes (with the Far Companies inside, if you pledged for both) as soon as production is complete.
We would like to point out that shipments will depart directly from China for the various fulfillment centres. Considering the departure hub, it is very likely that Asian backers will be the first to receive their orders.
Add-ons wave shipments and tracking
Here is the latest information from the vessel tracking systems:
ASIA
Shipment wave entrusted to vessel One Freedom V.
ETA (estimated time of arrival) December, 4th, in Singapore.

Add-ons shipment with The Far Companies
We will try to ship all add-on shipments containing The Far Companies by December.
This different timeline is due to the fact that, when we shipped the add-ons to the backers, The Far Companies had not yet finished production.
We therefore preferred not to keep users who had not ordered the product that was causing the delay at that time waiting too long.
We expect to ship all orders with Far Companies by the end of the year.
Of course, if you pledged for Far Companies and the Legendary Box, you will receive everything together in a single shipment from China, as previously announced.
